Xinxiang Xinhua Valve Co., Ltd was restructured from the original Huojia County Xinhua Plumbing Equipment Factory and has a history of more than 30 years. It is a modern enterprise integrating scientific research, production, and sales.
The company's products are applied in industries such as fire protection plumbing, papermaking and pulping, coal washing and selection, sewage treatment, municipal water supply and drainage, tailings, metallurgy, coking, and electric power. Our factory continuously improves technological content and develops new products, such as pneumatic, electric, electro-hydraulic, and bi-directional pressure-bearing knife gate valve series, to timely meet the sealing performance requirements and automation needs of valves in engineering production, earning high praise from users.
The company currently has more than 120 employees and has seven departments: General Manager's Office, Technical Department, Quality Department, Sales Department, Supply Department, Production Department, and Finance Department, responsible for all business operations. To strengthen the Party's leadership over the enterprise and enhance political and ideological education as well as the implementation of laws and regulations within the company, a Party branch and labor union have been established.
The company mainly focuses on the research and production of knife gate valves and sluice valves. Its products are widely used in papermaking and pulping, coal washing and selection, sewage treatment, municipal water supply and drainage, tailings, metallurgy, coking, electric power, and other industries. Our factory continuously improves technological content and develops new products, such as bi-directional pressure-bearing knife gate valves, high-performance wear-resistant valves, and self-controlled sluice valve series, to timely meet the sealing performance and automation needs of valves in engineering production. We are dedicated to solving difficult problems for systems such as coal washing, mineral processing, and power ash transportation, earning high praise from cooperative units and users.
The company's main production equipment includes more than 70 processing machines such as various specifications of vertical and horizontal lathes, digital display horizontal milling and boring machines, CNC lathes, automatic hydraulic presses, and machining centers. Additionally, there are welding equipment such as fully automatic submerged arc welders, argon arc welding, CO2 welding, and plasma welding; high-frequency quenching furnaces, high-temperature box resistance furnaces, heat treatment devices, impact testing machines, and performance test benches for valves of various specifications, possessing strong processing and testing capabilities.
The company actively undertakes social responsibilities, participates in public welfare activities, and fulfills civic duties. It has successively participated in events such as the 99 Charity Day, caring for left-behind children, targeted rural poverty alleviation, and new rural construction. In 2021, during flood and epidemic periods, it provided transport vehicles and personnel to participate on the front lines, donated materials to Kangcun Town Government and Huojia County Emergency Management Bureau, fulfilling its corporate social responsibility to support the development of social welfare and the sustainable development of social harmony.
