Technical Service and Warranty Service Plan

Our company has established a project team led by the Deputy General Manager, with the Sales Director and Production Technology Director as team members. After the equipment arrives, skilled technical personnel will be sent to the site to guide the installation, commissioning, and trial operation of the equipment according to the user's notification date.

1. If required by the buyer, we will send professional technical personnel to the site to provide free installation guidance.

2. Responsible for the transportation of goods, providing free on-site installation, commissioning, and technical training, supplying special tools needed for assembly and maintenance of the goods, and providing detailed operation and maintenance manuals for special equipment.

3. Spare parts are covered by a "three guarantees" warranty period of 12 months from the date of acceptance upon delivery, whichever comes first. If problems occur within the warranty period, free on-site repair service and free replacement of parts will be provided.

4. Maintain sufficient accessories and spare parts necessary to keep the equipment running normally.

5. After-sales service has the capability for rapid response and handling.

6. During the warranty period, if a fault occurs, we will provide a substantive response within 1 hour after receiving notification from the user, arrive on site within 24 hours to handle the issue, and replace defective parts free of charge if it is a quality problem. If it is not a product quality issue, our personnel will assist in repairs to ensure that the user's production is not affected.

7. Spare parts required by users will be guaranteed to be supplied with long-term quality and favorable prices.

8. After the product arrives at the project site, if needed, our company can send technical personnel to guide the user through installation until successful commissioning.

9. Training materials and content: Technical service personnel will, based on the contract equipment details, thoroughly introduce the equipment's performance, parameters, installation, commissioning, trial operation, use, maintenance, and troubleshooting methods to the user's operators. They will explain technical documents, manuals, and related materials in detail, and answer and resolve technical questions raised by the buyer's personnel.

Our company guarantees the above after-sales service commitments and promises to fully respond to technical services, equipment operation commissioning, and equipment problem handling as required by the bidding documents.
